How it works
Base Price: $.0425 / Sq. In.
DTF transfer prints are sold by the square in. Our base price is 4.25 cents per square inch. There are no minimums, but you do need to spend at least fifty cents. We can't process anything less that that.
Print Area Pricing
With Print Area Pricing, you’re not billed for a perfect square or rectangle. Instead, we calculate the contour of your artwork and charge based on the actual printed area.
This saves you money by eliminating charges for wasted space and saves you time by removing the need to gang sheet artwork to reduce waste.
Demandprints pioneered this technology and is the only DTF print provider to offer this efficient, cost-saving feature.
Volume Discounts
The more square inches you buy, the lower your cost per square inch. Discounts apply at specific breakpoints, which are reflected in real-time as you use the site. Your per-square-inch cost is always visible, and the full price bracket appears in your cart. As you add or remove items, adjust sizes, or change quantities, pricing updates instantly.
We don’t include these breakpoints in this guide because they vary for enterprise and partner program customers and may change over time. Rest assured, pricing is always transparent within the app.
Discounts apply to your entire order
Volume discounts apply to your entire order, not just individual artworks. We calculate discounts based on the total square inches across all artworks in your order.
Enterprise and Partner programs
If you own a printer, run an established shop, have experience with digital artwork for DTF printing, or handle high-volume orders, you may qualify for our Enterprise or Partner programs. These programs offer a lower base price per square inch and an accelerated discount schedule.
While our standard pricing is competitive, we pass along savings to customers who place consistent volume orders and are familiar with DTF workflows. Working with qualified customers helps reduce our costs, allowing us to share those savings.

Cost Transparency is Built In
You will always have full visibility of your costs throughout the application. Real-time updates ensure all calculations adjust as you add or remove artwork, change volumes, or modify dimensions. This transparency applies to both your total order and each individual piece of artwork, eliminating the need for manual calculations.
Shipping
If your order is more than $100, standard shipping is free.
Tax Exemption
Tax-exempt status is available for qualified customers. After creating an account with Demandprints, you can submit your tax documents for review. Once approved, sales tax will not be applied to your orders.
Anonymous Invoices
Invoices available on the website and the print manifest included with your order are completely anonymous and unbranded. We understand that you may share invoices with your customers, so we've designed them to protect your business identity. Our goal is to support the success of you and your business.
Payment Security
