Refund Policy
At DMandprints, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your DTF prints, there is no need to return the prints. Simply contact our Customer Care team or your Account Representative, and we will work with you to address the issue promptly.
Refund Process
- Remedy First: Our initial approach is to remedy the issue by replacing the prints at no additional cost.
- Refunds: If a replacement does not resolve your concerns, we will issue a refund.
- Review of Orders: While we generally process refunds with no questions asked, we reserve the right to review the order to determine if the issue was due to:
- Errors in color reproduction,
- Sizing discrepancies,
- Quality concerns, or
- Other printing or manufacturing defects.
Please note that any misuse of our refund policy or fraudulent claims may result in denial of the refund.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are clearly labeled on our Pricing Page and are selectable at checkout. Shipping rates may vary depending on your selected options at the time of purchase. Any shipping-related issues should be addressed directly with our Customer Care team.
Returns Policy
In most cases, returns are not necessary for refund or replacement processing. However, we reserve the right to request a return of the original items before issuing a refund.
If a return is required:
- We will provide a prepaid return label via email, which you can print and use to return the items.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by DMandprints under these circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
All print orders are final once they have been printed. At this stage, cancellations are not possible. However, you may request a refund by referring to our Refund Policy above.
